Bill didn’t retire, he jumped before Brown could push him out. “Win or Die,” the John Brown approach to high school sports.

Bill is a class act and all around great guy. He will be missed. We still use the table our daughter made in his class and although we live in Wellesley, my husband taught and coached football in Needham and will be sad to hear Bill is retiring as he has so much respect for what Bill has done for Wellesley football.

    Good Luck Bill!!
