Boloco, the fast-growing burritos restaurant based out of Boston that we told you last fall was hoping to open in Wellesley Square this spring, is getting closer to opening. The business is shooting for a September opening.
The Board of Selectmen next week will consider Boloco’s Common Victualler’s License Application to do business at the old Betsy’s location next to the Wellesley Square fire station.
Currently, the space is adorned with art thanks to the Wellesley Community Art Project.
