The Wellesley Police Department hosted another successful Officer Stewart Savage 5K road race and fun run on Sunday at Babson College and through the streets of Wellesley.
As usual, lots of police personnel from Wellesley (including Lt. Marie Cleary, shown here), surrounding communities and the state took part (though it pained Lt. Jack Pilecki to hand the trophy for top police team to Natick PD).
Andrew Gordon of Chelmsford was the fastest runner, finishing the course in 18:39, a 6:01 pace. Karen Devito of Wellesley was the top women’s finisher at 23:04. More results.
