Shhhh! Wellesley Chamber of Commerce silent auction on tap

The Wellesley Chamber of Commerce has announced that its 7th Shop Wellesley First Silent Auction is returning on Saturday, Nov. 17th to the Babson Executive Conference Center.  Members of the public are welcome.  Tickets are available now for $45 ($50 at the door) and include access to a reception featuring heavy hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment and an open bar.  Casual chic or festive attire. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Wellesley Scholarship Foundation.  You also get a chance to kick off your holiday shopping.

Items this year include:

  • Ball Kid experience at a Celtics game:  one Ball Kid (ages 8 – 15) attends game with parents/guardians (2 tickets included); parents/guardians sit courtside before game for one hour, Kid sits courtside for entire game; Kid assists with pre-game and half-time warm-ups; Kid interacts with players and official ball boys before game; t-shirt and photo op with parents at half-court.
  • 2013 Family of 4 Membership to local Outdoor Pool
  • Tickets for Family of Four to How the Grinch Stole Christmas the Musical
  • Official NFL Football autographed by Wellesley resident and former Pats player Gino Cappelletti
  • Tickets to Cirque de Soleil – Tapis Rouge 
  • Gift certificates and items to Wellesley restaurants and shops
