Wellesley trainer demos 10-minute workout to help burn off holiday meals

Personal trainer Leanne Lalor of Teammates Fitness in Wellesley guest stars on New England Cable News to demonstrate a 10-minute workout (view it here) that you can sneak in here and there during the busy holiday season. And yes, you can even use (unemptied) canned goods as weights instead of fumbling for those little hand weights you can never find.
