Ming Tsai’s Blue Dragon restaurant is set to open within a couple of weeks at 324 A St., in Boston’s Seaport/Fort Point area. The 75-seat Asian gastropub’s opening has been closely watched by food bloggers, as Ming and his team expand their empire beyond Blue Ginger in Wellesley, his cookbooks, TV show, etc.
