Wellesley election results in & none of those running unopposed lost. Whew!

The Wellesley Town Clerk has released preliminary results for Tuesday’s election, with no surprises in the uncontested town-wide categories but a few close races for Town Meeting seats, including one three-way tie. Seven percent of registered voters turned out at the polls, including the cozy Precinct G polling place nestled among the DVDs and CDs at Wellesley Free Library.

Among those getting Town Meeting seats: Teenager Matt Jablonski, who we wrote about a couple of weeks back, and fellow teen Jonathan Fink.

Radio guy Howie Carr got 1 write-in vote, so that should give him something to write about for his Boston Herald column.
