Wellesley part of Rte. 9 Smart Growth process

From the Metropolitan Area Planning Council:

The MetroWest Regional Collaborative and MAPC are working with Framingham, Natick, Southborough and Wellesley on a Route 9 MetroWest Smart Growth Plan focused on compact, mixed-use developments that are more pedestrian- and bike-friendly.

A brief review of prior Route 9 Smart Growth presentations will be followed by a discussion of:

*Traffic Issues related to the Smart Growth Opportunity Areas
*Design Guidelines/Recommendations
*Implementation Strategies and Phasing

Your input and suggestions are critical to the success and implementation of the Route 9 Smart Growth Plan!
