The Blackstone-Millville District School Committee has narrowed its pool of superintendent candidates from 6 to 3 and Wellesley High principal Andrew Keough made the cut. It was announced last month that Keough was among the original 6.
Keough has sought a number of superintendent jobs in recent years, including in Hopkinton and Beverly, only to be not chosen. He has been Wellesley High’s principal since 2007.
Candidates will now do visits to the district and will be visited by the selection committee, and the school committee plans to make a choice by April 1. The other candidates hail from the Sutton and New Bedford school systems.
