Wellesley’s Sylvia Czuborow will be among the cast members of the TCAN Players’ production of “Picasso at the Lapin Agile” opening in Natick on June 10.
The play, by the famous comic and actor Steve Martin, envisions Pablo Picasso and Albert Einstein bumping into each other in 1904 Paris.
This will be Czuborow’s first TCAN performance, but she’s been involved in theatre of one kind or another since she was in second grade. The Wellesley High School graduate, who will attend Pace University in the fall, hopes to become a theatre professional.
“Picasso at the Lapin Agile” opens June 10 and runs for 7 shows through June 19. Performances are at 8pm on June 10-11 and 16-17-18; with Sunday matinees at 2pm on June 12 and 19. Tickets are $22/$20 for members (Senior and Student discounts are available through the box office (508.647.0097); or at www.natickarts.org.
The Center for Arts in Natick is located at 14 Summer Street, Natick, in a restored 1875 firehouse. The theatre is wheelchair accessible.
