A meeting will be held Tuesday at Wellesley Free Library from 2-4pm to discuss moving forward with a Beacon Hill Village concept in Wellesley that would give people ages 50-plus more options for growing old without leaving town. The concept, which includes lining up with service providers involved with everything from entertainment to healthcare, has been implemented on Beacon Hill and in a few other locations. Steve Roop, who heads the Beacon Hill Village group, met with Wellesley officials and seniors in May. This week’s meeting will review info from that previous meeting and include discussion of where to go next.
