Jeff Mayersohn and Linda Seamonson of Wellesley, Mass. have acquired the Harvard Book Store, put up for sale a few months ago by the son of the man who opened the independent book store in Harvard Square back in 1932. “My wife and I have wanted to own a bookstore for many years. I never imagined that it could be Harvard Book Store,” Mayersohn tells Publishers Weekly. More on the sale here from a website called “Survival of the Book.”
