The Wellesley Hills Junior Women’s Club is pleased to present Luminary Night in Wellesley to be held on Sunday, December 14, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Businesses and residents of area neighborhoods will light luminary candles along streets, sidewalks and driveways throughout town.

Luminary Night in Wellesley is a wonderful opportunity for families of all ages, religions, and backgrounds to come together, enjoy the beautiful sight of the neighboring homes and businesses lit up, and donate to a worthy cause. This is sure to be a special evening throughout our community.

Luminary kits will be sold for $15 to a select group of residents, with 100 percent of the proceeds going directly to Wellesley Friendly Aid. A number of business owners will be sponsoring the event and many neighbors have already written checks with donations, in addition to buying kits.
