Broadway Bound Dance Center proudly presents The Wiz, a hip hop musical
version of the Wizard of Oz. BBDC’s second annual youth musical
features Wellesley residents Katherine Kelley as Dorothy, Victoria Davids
as the Scarecrow, Nicole DuBois as the Tin Man, Lydia Tuffy as Glinda, and
Julia Taibl as the wicked witch Evillene. They are joined by a cast of
more than 60 local children and teens, including 26 from Wellesley.
Children and adults will delight in this lively retelling of the classic
L. Frank Baum tale. Ease on down the road to see The Wiz at the Sorenson
Center for the Arts, Babson College, Wellesley, MA, February 7 at 11 AM
and 3 PM. Tickets are $15 and are available at the Broadway Bound Dance
Center M-Th 3-8 PM and at the door on the day of the performances.
