Hull town town manager Phil Lemnios, a former Natick town official, picks on Wellesley in this Globe article about a magic formula that is awarding Wellesley and a few other relatively well-off towns with fresh school funding while Hull, North Adams and some poorer towns are left out:
“It’s ridiculous,” said Phil Lemnios, Hull’s town manager. “If there’s a formula that says the students in Wellesley are in greater need than the students in Hull, then there’s something wrong with the formula. There’s something fundamentally wrong.”
