A Wellesley woman who got a ton of unwanted press in March after allegedly trying to run over a state trooper at Logan Airport is putting the incident behind her. She has agreed to apologize to the law enforcement officer and perform 200 hours of community service, according to a Townsman report on the court proceedings.
Meanwhile, Boston Herald readers savage the decision, arguing that this is yet another case of the rich getting away with behavior that would have landed others in prison for a good long while.
