Seems we’ve had nonstop coverage of new yoga studios in Wellesley of late, but here’s one we weren’t aware of until this week: Erin Reilly’s Personal DAY at her Bay View Road home on Morses Pond.
DAY is an acronym for Design, Architecture and Yoga since Reilly offers all three services (she’s relatively recently added yoga to the mix).
As for the yoga, classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays, with other days negotiable.
“I’ve been offering classes very informally to friends for over a year, but I’m just now trying to share yoga, and my wonderful space, with more people,” Reilly writes.
Reilly says her studio is unique because of its “stunning view” of Morses Pond and points out that her classes are small and have tended to attract “mostly beginners who are intimidated by the idea of going to a regular studio.”
As for the town’s other new studios, she expects A Little Yoga and H.Y.P. Studio to compete most against each other given they both offer hot yoga.
