Convicted killer Greineder seeks new trial again

October 7, 2009 by Bob Brown Leave a Comment

Update: Oct. 9 report from Channel 5 on the appeal and another from NECN in which one of his daughters expresses continued support for her father:

According to a report in the Boston Herald, the former Wellesley allergist named Dirk Greineder who was convicted of killing his wife Mae at Morses Pond in 1999 is seeking a new trial once again, arguing the jury shouldn’t have been able to hear about lurid details of his life. Several earlier efforts to appeal have been denied.
