College Square Pizza: The sordid details

July 28, 2010 by Bob Brown Leave a Comment

college square pizza, wellesley ma

The Townsman has gotten to the bottom of the College Square Pizza mystery and it isn’t pretty, involving a stint in jail, immigration issues and eviction.

The restaurant closed suddenly in May, and speculation ran wild as mail piled up inside the front door and vague signs promised a re-opening at some point.

Despite the many pizza shops in Wellesley, this non-chain eatery will especially be missed in that it served as an affordable hangout for residents as young as elementary school students.
