The Wellesley housing market has cracked a national list of the 10 costliest U.S. housing markets, settling in at #7 with an average asking price of $1.08 million.
Topping the Coldwell Banker Home Listing Report is Newport Beach, Calif., with cities such as San Francisco and Greenwich, Ct. also in the top 10.
Coldwell lists the median sales price in Wellesley at $841,000.
