The Wellesley Players, an 85-year-old community threatre outfit that performs mainly at Babson College’s Sorenson Center for the Arts, has a new logo and new attitude that can be seen on its revamped website.
“Our new artwork was chosen to reflect the long, successful history of The Wellesley Players,” said President Cathy Spear. “This timeless imagery will enhance the Players’ recognizable presence in Wellesley and throughout eastern Massachusetts.”
The new website includes information about upcoming performances by The Wellesley Players, information on cast members and online ticketing. The site also promises to provide expanded information about other area theatre productions and offer information about distance from Wellesley and family-friendliness.
Up next for the Players is Thank You for the Music — A Tribute to Broadway to be performed at the Wellesley Community Center Oct. 15-16. and One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest in November.
