We mentioned last week that the old Kaps space at 54 Central St. in Wellesley Square would be filled by a real estate business and now more details have been released.
Three ex-Coldwell Banker VPs/realtors — Sheryl Simon and Amy Mizner out of Weston and Debi Benoit out of Wellesley (pictured here in that order) — have joined forces to form Benoit Mizner Simon & Co., which will be opening offices at 450 Boston Post Rd. in Weston Nov. 1 and at 54 Central St. in Wellesley shortly after. The realtors boasted $140 million in combined sales last year despite the horrible economy.
The women say they’ll use technology and creativity to set their business apart in Wellesley, Weston and metrowest.
Of course it takes some talent to sell in this market, one of the 10 most expensive in the nation according to Coldwell Banker.
More info: 781-237-8181 in Wellesley or 781-894-8282 in Weston.

Hi, the question everyone wants to know is what will the rents be, can you find out, not everyone in Wellesley is rich.
Thanks

after owning a home in Wellesley and renting in Natick, Newton, and Waltham i can tell you unequivocally that Wellesley is easily the least affordable.
also, the attitude of Welleslyites is condescending at best. the lady drivers tool around in full sized SUV’s, cell and text devices screaming with two children strapped in the back seat.
