A For Lease sign on the side of Wellesley’s Blockbuster video and games business at 284 Washington St. subtly hinted at the store’s impending shutdown, but now Blockbuster is making no bones about it… The store is no longer renting DVDs and is directing customers to the Natick store.
Oddly, as reader VG points out, the store has a Now Hiring sign posted right next to the Store Closing sign on the front door. But that’s just because they can’t get the Now Hiring sign unpeeled…
