The assets of Wellesley restaurant Bobby’s Grille, which closed last week, is now for sale on Craigslist via Boston Restaurant Group for $450K (separately, base rent is $103K per year).
The owners issued a note last week to patrons thanking them for their support and explaining that the restaurant would close due “to circumstances beyond our control and the uncertain economic climate.”
