Social entrepreneur tapped as Babson commencement speaker

Babson College in Wellesley has named William Drayton, the head of Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, as its commencement speaker for undergrad and graduate ceremonies on May 14.

Drayton has pioneered the field of social entrepreneurship, which involves applying entrepreneurial techniques to solving social problems in areas such as human rights, education and the environment. Ashoka is an association of around 3,000  social entrepreneurs around the globe.
