Tired of all the noise, noise, noise, noise?
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation will hold a meeting at Wellesley Town Hall on Oct. 11 at 7pm to discuss noise barriers on Rte. 95 southbound in Wellesley. The Type II barrier proposed would be near the Barton Road and Duxbury Road neighborhoods.

Yeah, and we should get a sound barrier along the train tracks, too.
I would like a prohibition on outdoor stereo speakers.
I don’t understand why I have to tolerate my neighbor’s music taste,
especially the heavy bass. Sometimes I wonder if they are playing
music inside and don’t even realize the outdoor speakers are on.
