Members of the Wellesley Society of Artists (WSA) will put their works on display at Wellesley Free Library all November in the lobby and Wakelin Room (shown here is work from last year’s exhibit).
On Thursday, Nov. 17 the Society will have a reception and present awards for the library juried exhibit from 7-9pm. Following the awards presentation, a painting lecture and demo will be given by artist Adria Arch. The event is free and open to the public, and light refreshments will be served.
The Society is a community of artists formed in 1933 for the purpose of encouraging and supporting local artists, and for promoting fine arts in town.
