The Boston Globe documents the sprawl of bank branches across Wellesley and other Massachusetts communities, including some in which the banks are pushing out other businesses (at least in Wellesley the banks seem to be just filling otherwise empty storefronts). The Globe actually quotes yours truly in the piece, which is amusing since I’m one of the few guys I know in Wellesley who doesn’t work for the financial industry.

Could you hazard a guess as to a good estimate on the number of bank offices in Wellesley?
How many does one family need?
Think there are also enough pizza joints too, right?
