Cameras are popping up all over Wellesley these days. And we’re not talking paparazzi.
So make sure you’re dolled up before you head out on the town, and by all means, behave yourselves.
The new Wellesley High School has them in and out (shown here), and the Middle School almost got them, but they got nixed during budget cuts this time around.
As a wrong-way driver proved recently at the under-construction Rockland Street bridge, cameras at intersections in town can snap surveillance photos.
Now we receive word from Wellesley Public Schools that “as an added safety feature all Wellesley Public Schools commute buses will have G.P. S. tracking and on board video cameras.” Testing begins on some buses in April and/or May.
