A few Wellesley businesses are prepping to open, with temporary or permanent signs going up recently.
Justine’s Table will be a new restaurant at 978 Worcester Rd. (Rte. 9 east near Dunkin’ Donuts). It’s taken a couple of years for the restaurant, which is now has different owners from those who originally proposed the eatery, but a temporary sign on the front indicates it’s probably getting close. The owners of the 85-seat restaurant, which has been controversial because of parking concerns, recently were approved for a common victualler’s license by the Board of Selectmen.
In Wellesley Square, the Papyrus stationary and gifts store has a nice new sign up and a delivery truck driver was unloading bunches of boxes at the 61A Central St. location this morning. Hudson interior design used to be in that space.
Separately, across the street and down a ways west at 98 Central St., the MiniLuxe nails/waxing/beauty spa is slated to open imminently.
