Takara Japanese Restaurant, which is filling the space at 151 Linden St., formerly occupied by Jimmy’s Cafe, is looking to open its doors in early June (possibly the 10th).
The business, which has locations as well in Medfield and Canton, offers a wide variety of menu choices, including sushi, sashimi and tempura. The Wellesley restaurant will have 50+ seats.
