Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will return to her alma mater on Monday to deliver remarks on the opening day of the Inaugural Women in Public Service Institute at Wellesley College. The institute is a partnership between the state department and a group of women’s colleges.
The two-week program is designed to train the next generation of women leaders, and delegates hail from 21 countries in the process of political and social transformation, including many from the Middle East region involved in the Arab Spring. Wellesley regular Madeleine Albright will also be among those involved in the program next week.
