US Supreme Court kicks Wellesley’s most notorious crime case back to Massachusetts

The 1999 Mabel Greineder murder case at Morses Pond, Wellesley’s most infamous crime, is back in the news because the U.S. Supreme Court has ordered the state’s Supreme Judicial Court to review the 2001 first-degree murder conviction of Dirk Greineder in light of the high court’s recent guidance on DNA testimony.
