ORIGINAL POST (Sept. 21) A reader has kindly written in to say a friend found this cuddly creature in front of the old Thunder/current Faber’s Rug store in Wellesley Square. Given that this probably falls outside the local animal control officer‘s jurisdiction, we’re providing this lost & found service.

Wow, Doggie has got to be a decendant of my (nearly identical) childhood best-buddy Doggie Bow-Wow, which my mother just returned to me (I am 51). Congrats and hold tight to him ‘lil buddy, you may need him to help you remember the dream that is childhood when you’re old like me.-db
