Wellesley triathlete and triathlon coach Keri Claiborne Boyle has started up a blog called The Tri-ing Life to write about the highs and lows of endurance racing, including the uncomfortable fashion statement made by squishing yourself into cycling shorts even when not in peak condition.
Claiborne Boyle, a mother of three who has completed full-blown triathlons (2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, 26.2-mile run), writes in her latest blog post about the physical and emotional discipline required to take a break from training and racing. If you can relate, check out her blog and see if she can meet the true endurance challenge of not running out of things to write.
