Wellesley residents Caroline Murphy-Racette and Will Olszewski are among the players in “Annie Get Your Gun,” a musical comedy that kicks off this weekend at Weston Town Hall. (Not to be confused with that other “Annie,” which also features a Wellesley performer.)
The show has been produced by The Weston Friendly Society of the Performing Arts and includes familiar songs such as “Anything You Can Do” and “There’s No Business Like Show Business.” It should appeal to families with members of all ages.
The Friendly designates two charities each season to receive funds from ticket and concession sales. This year’s recipients are the Ellie Fund, supporting women with breast cancer and Dress For Success, helping women re-enter the work force.
Performances are: Sat Nov 24 @ 2pm and 7:30pm, and Sun Nov 25 @2pm. The following weekend: Fri Nov 30 @7:30, Sat Dec 1@ 2pm and 7:30pm. Tickets are available at Westonfriendly.org or by calling (781) 893-9883
