Rapper Macklemore and his producer Ryan Lewis will be coming to Wellesley College on April 15 as part of the school’s annual spring celebration. Tickets will be sold at the door for non-Wellesley College students.
If you aren’t familiar with Macklemore (also known as Ben Haggerty and Professor Macklemore), he released a popular album called The Heist last year and has a video on YouTube called Thrift Shop that’s been viewed more than 123 million times. Given the message of Thrift Shop, you probably won’t be seeing Macklemore cruising Linden Square while he’s in town.
But you can see him on Saturday Night Live this coming weekend:
How much are tickets going to cost?
Free for Wellesley College students, $15 for others
Can highschoolers get in the concert??
Looks like you need a college ID, so thinking not. More info here: https://www.facebook.com/events/258273127638886/
