Wellesley College later this month will host another famous author: Andre Dubus III, whose writings include the memoir Townie (in which he regales us with his fighting exploits as a younger man) and four novels, including The House of Sand and Fog, a finalist for the National Book Award. Dubus has been awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship, The National Magazine Award for Fiction, The Pushcart Prize, and he is a 2012 recipient of an American Academy of Arts and Letters Award in Literature.
Dubus visits the college at 4:30pm at the Pendleton West 212 Amphitheater Classroom on Feb. 28.
