Our Voices VII – Annual Festival of Boston-Area Women Playwrights

An Evening of Staged Readings of New Plays performed by talented Boston-area actors. This day-long event provides artistic support for local women playwrights, including: Afternoon play readings with feedback for the playwrights; an afternoon writing workshop for participating playwrights to engage their creativity; an audience/ playwright reception prior to the evening performances; and a talk-back following the plays. The festival, which is free and open to the public, is produced by Kelly DuMar, playwright & festival founder, Hortense Gerardo, playwright, with the generosity of Nora Hussey, Director, Wellesley College Theatre Studies Program.
