Boston Marathon race director Dave McGillivray, who for 40 years has run the course after others have finished, obviously didn’t get a chance to do his traditional thing on the most recent Marathon Monday. A week-and-a-half later though, McGillivray traversed the course, seen here on Rte. 125 in Wellesley. He’s among a handful of runners who have finished Boston for 25 or more years straight:
