Wellesley College students are again spreading the word that if Boston Marathon runners on April 15 want a special sign held up for them as they pass through the famed Scream Tunnel just past mile 12 of the course, all you have to do is ask. They’ve got a Facebook page set up to take your orders (as usual, dozens of our fellow Wellesleyites are running the race this year and you can poke around for their names here). As BostInno notes, the students had to cut off sign-making at some point last year, so get your orders in fast!
Requests so far include the likes of:
*Go Stacy! It’s your time to shine!!
*”Clairebear and Steenz…anything is possibbblllleeeee!”
*”run strong tiny!! heartbreak THAT 26037″
Still might be hard to beat this hairy sign from last year though:
