Be Styled, a new hair salon chain (I mean brand) specializing in wash & blowdry services, will be opening a location in Wellesley Square this summer next to CVS at 67 Central St.
The space used to be occupied by Clarks shoe store, and more recently, seasonal boutiques.
Be Styled offers sleek, swirly, swanky and soft services for $35, less for kids. If you want to go real trendy, it could run you $45. You can also party at the store with your hairy friends.
The first Be Styled just opened in Chestnut Hill, and another is set to open in Lynnfield. The interior of the first salon is described by the business as “contemporary and sleek,” and those awaiting their turn are treated to snacks, drinks and a stream of romantic comedy scenes on flat screens.
Founding partner and Creative Director Nicholas Penna, Jr., has helped to build the SalonCapri brand nationally, including in the Boston area.
Wellesley Square isn’t hurting for hair salons, with LisaJames, Haircuts Ltd., Dellaria and others itching to get their fingers on your head.
