From One Hen, Inc.:
Wellesley Middle School students in House S have been making products to sell to learn about building a business and to raise money to help others in need. They will be selling their products, which range from stationary to tie-dyed socks cleverly engineered i-Pad styluses, duct-tape flower pens and monkey-fist key chains on Saturday, June 1st from 11am to 2pm at Linden Deli, Roche Brothers and the Recycling & Disposal Facility (RDF) to raise money for Boston’s One Fund. With school graduations and Father’s Day around the corner, they hope to meet demand for useful gifts made with heart and soul.
The activity is part of WMS’s One Hen Academy social entrepreneurship program.
