Wellesley offering free Morses Pond Beach access Thursday/Friday to help beat heat wave

From the Wellesley Recreation Dept.:

Due to the hot weather, we will be opening Morses Pond Beach from noon-7pm on May 30-31. The bathhouse will be open for access to bathrooms. The pond office will not be open. There will be no fee to use the beach, no tags will be sold, you cannot pick up pre-ordered tags, we will not be renting kayaks or SUP’s and most importantly, there will be NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. We hope that this will get people through the mini heat wave. The pond will be open, business as usual, on Saturday and Sunday.
