Suspect nabbed for Wellesley window-smashing car break-ins at Centennial Park

Suspect from the earlier car breaks at Centennial Park has been captured and all property recovered in Brockton. (Wellesley PD).

From Wellesley Police on Thursday AM:

Wellesley Police are on scene at Centennial Park on Oakland Street investigating two car break ins. In both cases the windows to the vehicles were smashed out and purses were removed from the vehicle. These breaks happened within the last hour and the owners were in the park at the time walking their dogs. Please report any suspicious activity to 781 235 1212 or 911. Wellesley Police officers are checking other area parking lots right now.
