18 hours of Barefoot Soccer in Wellesley starts at 8am Saturday

There’s still time to take part in the 18 hours of Barefoot Soccer event at Hunnewell Field in Wellesley, which starts at 8am Saturday and goes until 2am Sunday.

A minimum $25 donation gets you a shirt and unlimited playing, though we’ll be really impressed if anyone plays the whole 18 hours. The all-ages event supports AIDS education in Africa.

Wellesley United Soccer Club has taken over the event and there’s more info on its website.
