Paul Harding, whose book Tinkers won the 2010 Pulizer Prize in Fiction, is visiting Wellesley on Sept. 11 to promote his new book, Enon. (I can honestly claim to have read the first page of this book about a clock maker’s tales recently and might even read the rest.)
Harding grew up in Massachusetts and went to UMass. He also played drums for a band called Cold Water Flat.
If you want to see Harding while he’s in town you’ll need to pay up for this lunchtime event: Wellesley Books is charging $36, which gets you a copy of the new book, lunch and presentation/discussion.
