Belclare Wellesley, the swanky condo complex we recently wrote about being built where the Wellesley Inn used to be on Washington Street, initially has a starting price of $1.45M per unit, according to an ad featuring a snooty/stylish couple seen in WellesleyWeston Magazine. Clearly these are meant for the kind of people who will be able to afford popping over to Blue Ginger across the street on a regular basis.
The 25 units, including 2 or 3 bedrooms and with our without a den, will have access to a private garden court and “elegant appointments throughout.”
