A personal finance website called Nerdwallet has confirmed what we in Wellesley all know: we’re a bunch of smartypants.
Wellesley ranks #3 for the second year in a row on Nerdwallet list, which is calculated based on factors including: Percentage of population with at least a high school diploma or associate’s degree; Percentage of population with at least a bachelor’s degree; Percentage of population with a master’s degree; Percentage of population with a doctorate degree; Percentage of population with a professional degree.

It’s interesting that 4 of the top 7 are communities, all abutting at least one of the others.
