WLL U11 North Summer Baseball team wins championship
For a second year in a row the Wellesley Little League U11 North summer baseball team has won the Suburban Youth Baseball League (SYBL) championship, sealing the title with a 5-4 win over Dedham. The championship crowned a successful summer season which included the team winning the Sharon Father’s Day Tournament, the Attleboro Summer Invitational Tournament and the Mansfield Summer Tournament. The team is led by head coach David Rosenblatt and assisted by Evan Zides, Michael McGreal and Steve Wiviott.

WLL U9 North Summer Baseball team also wins championship
The Wellesley Little League U9 North summer baseball team won the Suburban Youth Baseball League (SYBL) championship by defeating Walpole 8-2. The championship capped a successful summer season that included the team winning the Braintree Tournament, the Attleboro Summer Invitational Tournament and the Mansfield Summer Tournament. The team’s head coach was Evan Zides, who was assisted by David Rosenblatt.
